Agency Awards and Recognition

2011 Community Service Award: Kol Haneshama Jewish End-of-Life Care Volunteer Program (Bay Area Jewish Healing Center, the Jewish Home of San Francisco) awarded by Aging Services of California.

2008 Best Practices Award: Kol Haneshama Jewish End-of-Life Care Volunteer Program (Bay Area Jewish Healing Center, Zen Hospice Project, Jewish Home of San Francisco), awarded by the Hospital Services for Continuing Care (HSCC) division of the California Hospital Association.

2008 Creating Hope Award: Rabbi Eric Weiss, by Shalom Bayit: Bay Area Jewish Women Working to End Domestic Violence.

2000 Program of the Year Award: Grief and Growing Weekend: A healing Weekend for Individuals and Families (Bay Area Jewish Healing Center, Camp Tawonga, Sinai Memorial Chapel, Jewish Family and Children Services), awarded by the San Francisco Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties, and the Peninsula.
